Q: Where do I send my orders?
Q: How do I place a valid order?
A: To avoid any delay in production or shipping time, your purchase order number and company must be included in the subject line of the email. All orders must clearly state the following and be in a purchase order form.
Q: Will I receive an order acknowledgment?
A: Yes, you will receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours for current customers and 48 hours for new customers. Your order acknowledgement will include the details of your dedicated customer service representative for additional communication.
Q: Where do I send quote requests, product information, or order status update?
A: sales@ballpro.com (Your request will be forwarded to your assigned customer service territory rep based on your geographic location)
Q: Do you have an outside sales team?
A: Yes, we can send a roster if needed (The territories are divided based on geographical regions and by buying groups).
Q: How do I get EQP pricing?
A: You must complete $10,000 in a single year of annual sales.
Q: Are prices subject to change?
A: Yes, prices are subject to change. While we strive to keep our website updated, supplier pricing adjustments and occasional errors may occur.
Q: Do you charge for a paper proof?
A: No, Ball Pro does not charge for proofs. You will automatically receive a proof for approval for new orders that exceed $2500 + or if you request a proof when placing your order. All order modifications must be received in writing via email and may cause production delays if not approved within 24 hours.
Q: What is the production time for orders?
A: Production time varies by product. It starts upon receipt of a complete PO, artwork, and credit approval. Orders received after 1 PM Central time will be processed the following business day.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: New accounts require payment at the time of order. Accounts with credit terms must respond to requests for information, or production will be delayed.
Q: Do you offer rush service? If so, what are the requirements?
A: Yes, please call or email for pricing and availability.
A: Orders must be received by 1pm CST, with an approved purchase order, artwork, and credit. Proofs are not available on rush orders.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can request to cancel the order; all cancellation requests must be approved by Ball Pro. Cancellation fees may apply. Completed orders cannot be canceled.
Q: What is the policy for returned goods?
A: Returns require factory authorization. Credit is granted only upon return of goods.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: Random imprinted samples will be billed at EQP and are free up to $10, when a valid 3rd party shipper account number is provided. If the sample cost is higher than $10 at the EQP price, you will be charged the full EQP.
Q: Can I order blank products?
A: Yes, please call for pricing and availability. Some products are not available blank.
Q: Where do I send my artwork to and what are the acceptable art formats?
A: Please email your artwork to sales@ballpro.com, referencing your company name and purchase order number on the subject line. Please provide a pms# if you needed.
A: We prefer vector graphic file formats. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PDF, PSD, and EPS files are highly recommended. We also support JPG or TIFF raster images created at 300 dpi or higher.
